The Enchanted Harp - Meta Epstein

   I was born in New York in 1951 and began studying the piano with my mother at the age of six. When I was eleven years old, my parents took me to an orchestra concert, and as soon as I saw the magnificent golden harp I fell under its spell.
   After studying with Marcel Grandjany in the U.S., I continued my studies in France where I graduated with a Premier Prix de harpe from the Conservatoire National Supιrieur de Musique de Paris in 1971.
   Since than I have never stopped playing and teaching the harp; in schools, churches, hospitals, restaurants, on the street and for the radio.
  With this recording, which I dedicate to my children, I would like to share with you the magic of the Enchanted Harp.
