Callen is an accomplished NYC harpist with 9+ years professional experience. She
has a BM in music composition with a minor in harp. Jessa currently performs
throughout the tri-state area for various special events such as weddings,
corporate events, parties, grand opening, book signings, etc. Her repertoire is
varied, including (but not limited to) classical, pop, Celtic, Asian, and more.
Jessa specializes in composition and has composed pieces specifically for many
of the events she has played for. Contact her if you would like a one-of-a-kind
piece of music written especially for your event (recordings of the piece can be
made upon request). Jessa is also an accomplished studio musician, having
recorded for several film scores and artists' solo albums, and is currently
recording her own debut album of original material. In addition to harp, Jessa
is also a professional singer and can accompany herself on her harp upon

Olivia Lu

Olivia Lu graduated from Boston Conservatory with two M.A. degrees in
Harp Performance and Piano Pedagogy. She has performed with the Boston
Conservatory Orchestra, the Taiwan National Symphony Orchestra, the Singapore
Symphony Orchestra, and completed a Solo Tour in Beijing, Shanghai, and other
cities. She has two recorded C.D.'s in Classical, Contemporary and Church music
and has performed at close to 100 weddings in New York (Tavern on the Green,
Terrace on the Park, Rockefeller Center, The Yale Club, NYIT), Boston, and
Taipei. Periodically, Olivia and her students give harp and piano performances
at several Queens Libraries. Her repertoire includes Italian, Irish, Gospel and

Electric and Acoustic Celtic Harp with vocals
Celtic harps offer a portable and refreshing entertainment for all sorts of
gatherings including weddings, receptions and large events. Besides just
playing private events for over ten years I also play venues like the Knitting
Factory, Caesar’s Place in Atlantic City, Tonic, Carnegie Hall and tour
nationally with my electric harp and tabla (Indian drums) duo Jah-La. The 2003
season was highlighted by performances in the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.
Besides playing I also sing traditional folk songs and don’t mind learning songs
for your occasion! If you are thinking bigger than just solo harp I also play
with viola, flute or cello! For a bit livelier event I highly recommend having
hand drums as well as harp!
