Rocky Mountain Springs Harp Program - Three weeks intensive study in
alpine setting and collegial learning environment. Two instructors lead
ten (maximum) harpists in Technique, Harmony, Practice Methods,
Performance Readiness, Solo, Ensemble and Chamber Music Performance,
Master Classes, and Jazz Improvisation. Two hours private lessons
weekly. Independent Harp Program cooperates with renowned Summer
Conservatory for outdoor activities, interdisciplinary courses, etc.

CHAMBER MUSIC COMPETITION - November 1, 2007 is the deadline for
receipt of entries in the Co-op Press competition for chamber music
performers for their artistic interpretation of the music of composer,
Sy Brandon as exemplified in a digital recording of one of the selected
competition pieces. A panel of judges will award prizes of $700 and
$300 to the first and second place winners respectively. A release of
the recording on an Emeritus Recordings CD is included with the cash
prizes. The work for this competition that involves violin is
“Meditation and Dance” for oboe, cello and harp. For more information
