Ina Zdorovetchi made her stage debut at twelve, and has since performed as
soloist with the Moldova National Symphony and Radio Orchestras, Bucharest
National University of Music Orchestra in Romania, both as a harpist and as a
pianist. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in March 2004 in the opening season at
the new Zankel Hall where she joined one of the world's most beloved and admired
sopranos, Dawn Upshaw in the Perspectives series, performing the Berio's Folk
Songs and the world-premiere of the Argentinean composer Osvaldo Golijov's work,
"Ayre."

Zunino, harpist - Italy — Katia Zunino
was born in 1974 in Ceva (N. Italy). She studied classical harp at the accademy
"A. Verdi" of Novara; at the present she is working with Beatrice Mosca Bertola.
She began studying the Celtic harp under the tuition of Mary O'Donnel and Mary
Gregg in Dublin. In August '99 she took part in a master course under the
American harpist, Ann Heymann, at Lorient (Brittany). She has also studied at "Amzer
Nevez" with Janet Harbison and with Grainne Hambley. For several years now Katia
has been specializing in and perfecting the technique of the Irish harp. She is
harpist with the "Caledonian Companion" and "The Birkin Tree". She teaches the
Celtic harp at the "Istituto Civico Musicale - C. Marengo" of Ceva and in
several schools in Turin and district.
