UnderWater
— Liz Ammerman — UnderWater realizes the liquid
effects of harp sounds through electronic enhancement. The track "Flute" is
actually an enhanced Native American flute, and the track "Harp" is actually
digitally altered harp music. If you're wondering what a harp in a barrel in a
tunnel sounds like, or if you're fond of the glass harmonica or Javanese
Gamelan, choose this CD. For the pure tones of the harp go to my other CD,
UnderWater_Pure.

Stories
Seldom Told — Original instrumental music (not storytelling) by Stephanie
Bennett. Featuring Stephanie’s concert grand pedal harp, with: flutes
and recorders; oboes, brass and strings; tablas, tympani and bells. Like fairy
tales filled with adventure and romance, music that inspires the imagination to
dream. “Gorgeous sound transcending anything I have ever heard in
terms of harp virtuoso... What a delight Bennett has created... Wonderful
instrumental combinations and divine compositions... vivacious while relaxing,
fantastic while suggestive of natural beauty...Very highly recommended.” - Heartsong

Imaginocean
— Solo harp improvisations by Stephanie Bennett
(concert grand pedal-harp). Inspired by Nature’s beauty, power and fragility;
from the grandeur of her mountains to the mystery of her oceans’ depths.
Stylistically drawing upon the French Impressionists as well as American and
Celtic folk music, Bennett creates imaginative music with a sensitivity that’s
gentle, yet strong; fresh and original, yet timeless as the sea. CD and
cassette. Recommended for relaxation. “Refreshingly different, joyful,
free-flowing delights... .” Three stars (highest rating) - Heartsong Review

Dream
— Electric Angel — "After listening to
this CD you'll never look at the harp the same way again....This music is simply
brilliant. Beautiful harmonies, superior vocals, masterful
arrangements....Electric Angel is made up of three amazing women who...have
ventured out to create a totally new soundscape that is nothing short of being
pure ear candy. Midyne Spear, Jill Meniketti, & Lynne Reardon make up this
trio of eclectic singers/songwriters/musicians....I have yet to be so inspired
and uplifted by an album or by any musicians the way I have been by this
group." Michael
